ANNUAL TERMITE INSPECTION

Resolution Pest Control provide the highest standard of service and conduct a full visual Termite Inspection of both inside and outside your home. Our inspections take approximately 1-1.5hrs on a standard size home. 

Once we’ve completed your Termite Inspection you will receive a full report with details and photos of any findings of active Termite Infestations, or of issues in or around your home that may be conducive to Termite attack.

WARRANTY INSPECTION

If your Termite Management System was installed by Resolution Pest Control during the Preconstruction stages of your home, then to maintain the Product Manufactures 50 year Warranty on the product installed, it is mandatory for Resolution Pest Control to conduct this inspection annually. 

PAYMENT

We will send you an invoice once the job is completed, to which you have 7 days to pay.

Annual Termite Inspection cost is $230.00 (standard 1 – 4 rooms) including GST.
$285.00 (5 – 6 rooms) including GST.

$55 extra per additional room (example: media rooms, studies, gym rooms)

$25 extra per additional bathroom (example: any extras other than main and ensuite)

We also offer our customers a special discounted rate to get your Annual General Pest Treatment done at the same time, so please specify on this form if you would like to upgrade your booking.

SEASON SPECIAL

Includes full visual Termite Inspection & Internal/external General Pest Treatment for Spiders, Cockroaches, Ants & Silverfish.

$395.00 (standard 1 – 4 rooms) including GST.

$450.00 (5 – 6 rooms) including GST.

$55 extra per additional room (example: media rooms, studies, gym rooms)
